In a display of joy and solidarity, the Vice-Chancellor, Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo, Prof. Olanrewaju Olaniyan has joined indigenes of Oyo State in congratulating the newly appointed Oyo State Head of Service, Mrs. Adenike Ayobami Fasina on her appointment by the Oyo State Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, FNSE.

In a release made available by the institution’s Media and Public Relations Officer, ‘Wale Adeoye, the Vice-Chancellor described the appointment as a reward of hard work by the Almighty God. According to the VC, “Today, I am highly delighted to join my dear sister, Mrs. Adenike Ayobami Fasina in thanking God Almighty on her appointment as the new Oyo State Head of Service. Proverbs 22:29 (KJV) states, “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings; He shall not stand before mean men.”
“Your dedication to duties, diligence and total belief in your administrative craft have been rewarded by your creator. I salute our Principal and amiable Governor, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, FNSE for always giving us the best in Oyo State. This appointment, is undoubtedly putting the square peg in a square hole.”
While felicitating the new HOS who is an Eruwa indigene, the Eruwa-born academic specially congratulated the Eleruwa of Eruwa, HRM Oba Samuel Adebayo Adegbola, Ajobo Olurin I on this new addition to the list of great Eruwa indigenes during Kabiesi’s reign. He prayed for more good news for Eruwa town under the watch of Kabiesi.
The renowned economist thereafter prayed for a successful tenure for the new Head of Service. “May God Almighty work and walk with you”, he prayed.
