Madam Mistura Asunmo who recently celebrated her 80th birthday has revealed that she is not yet fulfilled despite joining league of Octogenarians.
Madam Mistura popularly called Iya 2D said her biggest dreams after working as theatre practitioner for the past 61 years is to have her own car and drive around with joy.
She made the revelation while granting an interview with BBC News Yoruba which was obtained by Freshpage.com.ng. Iya 2D said she has travelled to United States, Dubai and others sponsored by her lovers and fans.
Madam Mistura who played a lead role in ‘Ika l’omo Ejo’ movie emphasized the challenges she faced before getting to location each time she wants to feature in a movie afterwards.
She lamented how her shop was attacked at popular Lagos garage following her role in Ika l’omo Ejo’ movie.
While speaking about her career, Madam Mistura pointed out that she started stage theatre in 1959 and received through training under Ishow Pepper and Duro Ladipo.
