Leadership is not always measured by the volume of one’s voice, the size of one’s entourage or the visibility of one’s presence. Sometimes, true leadership is found in the calmest person in the room, the person who listens, understands, coordinates, resolves differences and quietly makes things happen.

Akin Akinde

Mr. Kehinde Akin Akinde is one such exceptional individual.

His role in the successful commissioning of the City Boy Movement Secretariat and the inauguration of the State Executives deserves special commendation. The assignment required the coordination of different interests, personalities, expectations and responsibilities. He handled these demands with remarkable maturity, intelligence and organisational ability.

He was gentle but prolific, calm but louder in impact. Rather than seeking recognition, he remained focused on results. Where different interests could have created difficulties, he demonstrated the diplomacy and understanding required to bring people together towards a common objective.

What stands out most is his ability to combine calmness with competence, humility with authority, and quietness with effectiveness. These qualities distinguish a genuine leader from a mere participant. He understands that the success of a collective project is greater than the recognition of any individual, and he approached his responsibility with commitment and professionalism.

The successful commissioning of the Secretariat and inauguration of the State Executives is another testimony to the value of having capable and strategically minded individuals in positions of responsibility. Mr. Kehinde Akin Akinde has demonstrated that he has not only the capacity to serve, but also the temperament, vision and ability to lead.

I therefore commend and wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Kehinde Akin Akinde for higher opportunities and greater responsibilities. His leadership ability, brilliance, versatility, coordination skills and commitment to collective success make him deserving of greater platforms where his capacity can be further deployed for organisational and societal development.

Sometimes, the loudest leader is not the person who speaks the most. It is the person whose quiet efforts produce the loudest results.
