The visit, which took place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, saw ADLAT received warmly at the Ijo Imole Olodumare Agbaye Temple by Mogaji (Dr.) Fatunde Fayemi Fakayode, President of the International Council for Ifa Religion (ICIR).

The engagement provided an opportunity for the APM candidate to interact with prominent Onisese leaders, acknowledge their invaluable contributions to the preservation and promotion of Yoruba cultural heritage, and foster stronger relationships with the community.

The visit also underscored the importance of recognising traditional institutions and cultural stakeholders as vital partners in community development, social cohesion and the preservation of indigenous values.

ADLAT’s engagement with the Onisese community further reflects the importance of inclusive consultations and sustained relationships with different segments of society as the journey towards the 2027 general elections gathers momentum.
