All is not well with the People’s Democratic Party, PDP as Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State formally defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC), marking a significant shift in the state’s political landscape.
In a statewide broadcast on Friday, the governor announced that he, alongside members of his cabinet and key stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, has moved to the APC, citing the need for renewed political alignment and broader collaboration.
Governor Fintiri is now a registered member of the All Progressives Congress, APC in his Ward.
