The Ibarapa Zonal Initiative has added its voice to growing support for the Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Services, FIRS, Zacheaus Adedeji Adelabu.
FreshPage gathered that some disgruntled elements had raised baseless accusations against the Chairman of the FIRS a couple of weeks ago and thereby called for his removal from office.
In a Press statement made available to newsmen and signed by the Group’s Chairman, Engr. Wale Adeoye and Secretary, Hon. Ramota Okemakinde, the Group stated that the unfounded allegations against the FIRS Boss are politically motivated.

The Group notes that the FIRS Boss have been performing creditably well to the extent that the the IGR of the Federation has quadrupled under his watch.
Not only that, monthly Allocations to the Federal, States and Local Governments have also increased tremendously under his watch as the FIRS Boss.
The Group called on well meaning Nigerians to stand with and rally support for Adelabu against the enemies of development.
