The conversation between the owner of the radio station, Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat and son of the old man suggested that the old man has been at the radio station before for assistance.

While responding to the questions from Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat, the old man said he took two passengers around 6:40am on Monday morning at Iyana Agbala. He said the passengers told him to stop around Ile-Marun bus-stop. The man said before the passengers alight from the motorcycle, one of them released two gun shot into the air to scare him and the bike was taken away from him.

“I obtained the bike from the owner with the agreement to be paying on installment basis, I have paid up to N230,000 out of N420,000 I’m supposed to pay before I will become the owner of the motorcycle. It is sad, I don’t know what to do. I ran to nearby police station to get police report but the owner of the bike refused to release the paper of the bike for me which will enable the police to process report. I only have statement from police station with me”.

The wife of the old man also cried profusely while at the premises of Agidigbo FM, saying she spent all what she had on his husband to recover from the accident he had few days ago.
