A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC and governorship aspirant on the party’s platform, Mogaji Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe on Friday evening led 100 youth selected across different strata of the society with free ticket to watch AYINLA.
The film was produced by seasoned and respected cinematographer, Tunde Kelani detailing the lifetime of Abeokuta born apala king, Ayinla Omowura.
The Film-house inside Ventura Mall, along Sango-UI road was filled with lovers of rich Yoruba movie.

Tegbe who is chairman of the Centre for Management Development, CBN, a Deeran government agency, acknowledged the good work done by Kelani for using cinematography to correct social ills as done in Áyìnlá.

Mogaji Tegbe said he decided to watch the film with the young and promising minds in the state saying he has always loved to identify with the youths, adding that “and if you look at the life of Áyìnlá Omowura, he actually did a lot at his prime age. We lost him at a prime age and everything he preached were still relevant till date. So, I thought I should associate with the youth and join them to see the movie.”
To overcome frequent gang war in Ibadan and other parts of the state, Tegbe proffered value reorientation as a solution. “I also think we need to reenergize and revitalize the vocational study centers to actually get our people more gainfully employed.
While speaking with journalists about his ambition to become governor of the state, he reiterated that he is still very much in the race that people should not mind faceless and awkward analyst that ranked aspirants based on his biased sentiment.
‘’I am in constant touch with leaders of our party across the five geo-political zones, the leaders can attest to this’’.
