The deputy national chairman (South), Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja has returned the sum of N36,000,000 allegedly credited to his account by Dr. Iyorchia Ayu led party national chairman.
Arapaja claimed that the said money was paid into his account as housing loan.
On the same page with Arapaja was National Woman Leader of PDP, Prof. Stella Effah-Attoe who received a sum of N28,800,000 and Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo, National Vice Chairman (South West) who received the sum of N28,800,000 as housing loan.
Arapaja observed that the said money were paid to members of the PDP National Working Committee to silent them over their agitation for Ayu’s resignation.
