The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development where N-Power program is domiciled has assured all applicants that the selection process would be fair and transparent for the ongoing online application.
The assurance came barely 48hours after Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hon. Sadiya Farouq declared the portal open to receive online application from interested and qualified youths.
The Ministry further assured that public would be carried along at every stage.
Over 1,000,000 applicants have applied for the N-Power Batch ‘C’ online registration so far.
The Ministry wishes to reiterate that all young Nigerians between ages of 18-35 with or without formal education can apply for a slot in the program with more focus on agriculture.
The Deputy Director Information, of the Humanitarian Ministry, Rhoda Iliya maintained that the number of application received within 48hours is an indication that a reasonable number of youths who need jobs have confidence in the programme.
