In its bid to meet to upgrade and meet up with global standards in awarding secondary school certificate, The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has launched a digital certificate.
Patrick Areghan, the head, WAEC National Office, while speaking at the launch of the digital certificate in Lagos on Thursday said the the certificate is the electronic version of the physical paper certificate previously issued by the examination body.
