No few than three persons died in a ghastly lone car accident that occurred in the early hours of Monday in Alabebe area, along Iwo road–Bank Olodo, Ibadan.
Others in the car numbering about five sustained varying degrees of injuries.
FreshPage gathered that victims were coming from a Birthday bash of one of their associates.
The Toyota Camry involved in the accident was completely written off due to the intensity of the accident. The car shattered gate erected in front of a complex, broken billboard and concrete pole before it swerved into drainage.

An Emergency Responder attached to 112 National Emergency , Ibadan Centre who spoke with FreshPage under the condition of anonymity said the accident happened around 12:24am in the early hours of Monday.
She said Police men who were on patrol and good samaritans rescued the victims and took them to a nearby hospital for treatment.
She said the Federal Road Safety Corps was reached out to and the Oyo State Ministry of Environment for evacuation of lifeless bodies later found under the car to the morgue.

While narrating what could have responded for such a ghastly accident during the time of the day when the road was free with no potholes in the section of the road, the Emergency Responder attributed the accident to over speeding.
The car involved has been towed to Alabebe Police Station while sympathisers continue to express sadness at the scene of the accident.
