The Chairman, Oyo State Post Primary School Teaching Service Commission, TESCOM, Pastor Akin Alamu on Monday gave update while the commission has not released the list of successful candidates for non-teaching category in the recruitment exercise embarked upon by the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde.
Pastor Alamu while answering questions from the anchors of ‘Progress of Oyo State’ on Premier FM, Ibadan assured applicants that the commission would release the names of successful candidates soon.

The TESCOM Chairman advised teachers to double their efforts in impacting students as expected. While commenting on staff of the commission who received bribe from retiring principals in order to process their documents, he said the commission nabbed four suspects, conducted investigation and dealt with in accordance with law.

FreshPage reports that 5,000 teaching personnel were shortlisted in November and December, 2020, received their appointment letters and resumed February 1st, 2021.
