In his usually way and as a lover of sports, Hon. Dapo Lam-Adesina has announced free football viewing centres for the final showdown between Super Eagles of Nigeria and Ivory Coast on Sunday, February 11, 2024.
According to the former Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, he said the initiative is ensure that the good people of Ibadan North East Local Government Area especially youths enjoy the match without necessarily running here and there.
“The aim of Omo Oloore free match show in selected viewing centres is support our underrated Super Eagles who true their resilience, genuine tactics and support of Nigerians reach AFCON final.
“Various viewing centres in Ibadan South East and five Wards in Ibadan North East Local Government Area; Wards 04, 08, 09, 10 and 11 are among selected wards for the initiative”.
Hon. Lam-Adesina encouraged other well meaning Nigerians to toe the path of sponsoring free match for Nigerians as a way of promoting unity.
