The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State is making preparations to inaugurate Local Government Campaign Managers as part of its organisational efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections.
According to the Director-General of the Campaign Council for Alli/Soji 2027, Barr Yemi Aderibigbe, the inuaguration of the 33 LG Campaign Council Managers will hold Monday, September 28, 2026, at the Party Campaign Office, Dandaru, Mokola Road, Ibadan.
Aderibigbe said the planned inauguration is expected to strengthen the party’s grassroots structure, enhance coordination among stakeholders and establish effective campaign leadership across the 33 local government areas of the state.
Aderibigbe stressed that Local Government Campaign Managers are expected to serve as a link between the party’s state leadership and grassroots supporters, facilitating mobilisation, communication and collaboration among ward executives, party faithful and other stakeholders.
The initiative underscores the importance of early preparation, strategic planning and internal coordination in the build-up to the forthcoming elections by Oyo State APC.
Through the proposed structure, the APC aims to improve its local presence and ensure that campaign activities are properly organised across the state.

The inauguration is expected to provide an opportunity for party leaders to communicate their expectations, clarify responsibilities and encourage unity among members.
