As part of the efforts to mobilise support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu come 2027, the train of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors and the All Progressives Congress, APC on Wednesday proceeded to the Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency in Oyo State to engage party members and grassroots stakeholders in the constituency.
The Oyo State Ambassador of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Senator Teslim Folarin and other party leaders in the state such as Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu; Oyo Central Senator, Dr Yunus Akintunde, Oyo North Senator, Senator AbdulFatai Buhari, Oyo South Senator, Dr Sharafadeen Alli, Party Chairman and Alhaji Olayide Abas were present at the open field of Amuludun FM, venue of the event.
Other important figures present were; Hon. Olafisoye Akinmoyede lawmaker representing Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Hon. Remi Oseni, Hon. Hon. Olamiju Alao-Akala, Hon. Bolaji Repete, Prof. Adeolu Akande, Hon. Abisoye Fagade, Hon. Adigun Abiodun Murphy, Hon. Ambali Abiodun, Hon. Akeem Akogun and Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo Central Senatorial District, Hon. John Oyebamiji, Hon. Tayo Oyetunji, Hon. Femi Egbedeyi, Hon. Ope Salam and Chairman, Oyo State APC Caucus in the UK, Hon. Adebayo Amusat-Gbenla.

Senator Folarin while addressing a teeming party loyalists delivered President Tinubu’s message of hope and good governance that transcend all sectors of the economy. He assured everyone at the rally that President Tinubu will continue to lead clarity of purpose and unbiased mind to deliver the Renewed Hope agenda across all 774 local government areas in the country.
Senator Folarin emphasized that the internal wrangling has been settled. He said the party is more united now and focused on the 2027 general elections.

Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu applauded the strategic and courageous spirit of All Progressives Congress, APC stakeholders to resolve the internal crisis.
The Party Chairman in the State, Alhaji Olayide Abas, assured all members of equal rights and opportunities. He emphasized on party’s fairness, discipline and internal democracy.
Senator Yunus Akintunde representing Oyo Central Senatorial District expressed satisfaction with the progress made so far by leaders of Oyo State APC to mobilise grassroots supporters for the 2027 general elections, he urged the people of his Senatorial District to remain committed to the party’s principles.
Also speaking at the rally, Hon. Olafisoye Akinmoyede, representing Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency called for more unity among party leaders in the constituency. He charged everyone present to keep spreading the good governance of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Chairman of the APC, Oyo Central Senatorial District, Hon. Joshua Olabamiji affirmed that there are no more factions within the state, stressing that they are one working for the interest and progress of the party.
He maintained that all leaders of the party in the state have resolved to work together for the success of 2027 general elections.
