One of the strong believers in capacity of Hon. Afeez Bolaji Repete’s candidacy to become All Progressives Congress (APC) National Vice Chairman (South West), Hammed Adejare has revealed that the former Deputy National Youth Leader of the ruling party will consolidate on his experience when elected as National Vice Chairman (South West).
Hammed, former student leader and a graduate of University of Ibadan condemned those attacking Repete’s aspiration to represent the yearnings of teeming youth members of the APC in South West.
Repete was a Special Adviser (Youth and Sports) to late Governor Abiola Ajimobi. Out of his loyalty, he willingly stepped down his position as Deputy National Youth Leader for his political leader to occupy a vacant position at the National Working Committee of the APC.
According to Hammed; ‘’every well-meaning person would want Repete to become the National Vice Chairman (South West). To know Repete is to love him, to be close to him is to appreciate his analytical capability and thoughtful understanding of solutions to myriad of problems confronting our state and pray that he gets all the opportunities he deserves. Even though, my support means nothing in the grand scheme of his party politics, I still support him and pray he succeeds’’.
