University of Ibadan graduate, Samuel Sadiq has donated chairs and desks to Methodist Primary School, Isero, Ola-Oluwa local government area, Osun State.
A graduate of Agricultural Economics handed over 20 chairs and desks to the primary school authority yesterday. The facility donated can accommodate 40 pupils conveniently in a classroom.
While disclosing what he informed the gesture with freshpage.com.ng, Mr. Sadiq said he was privileged to attend the last Isero community meeting about a month where the Headmaster of the primary school made the plea to community to come to the aid of the school to improve on it’s infrastructure.
“The one that touched my heart most is that the pupils currently seat on planks arranged on blocks and in some cases on the floor. At that point, I felt pained and decided to come in to impact my community positively. To God be the glory project becomes a reality”.
Hon. Sadiq appreciated those who key into his Godly vision to make project a reality, especially his parents, Pastors Kemi and Leye Sadiq, friends, siblings and associates.
Hon. Sadiq appreciated His Royal Majesty, Oba Joseph Adigun for the love and his warm reception.
Hon. Sadiq who is also an aspirant for Chairman of Ola Oluwa local government area of Osun State in the forthcoming local government election under the platform of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) also thanked all party’s chairmen, leaders and members of PDP for gracing the colourful occasion.
Hon. Sadiq who holds master degree of managerial psychology and 300-level Law student of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye called on well meaning Nigerians and corporate organisations to support society’s advancement.
