A non-profit making organisation, Morolake Cares Initiatives has organised a football competition for your girls between ages of 12-16 in Ibadan to empower and break gender stereotype.

The competition which lasted for days produced winners for first, first runners-up and second runners-up.

Rolake Laniyan, founder of the Initiatives while speaking at the final of the competition said that the tournament was organised to achieve talents discovery and send positive message to the global community that young girls can reach their potential with genuine support.

She appreciated all the coaches and congratulated young girls who participated in the competition.

Apart from cash gifts, all girls received sanitary towels and deodorant while finalists also got customised jerseys as well.
