Oyo Central Senatorial hopeful under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Engr. Kazeem Kolawole Raji popularly known as KK stormed Surulere and Ogo Oluwa Local Government Areas, Ogbomoso on Tuesday 8th March 2022 in continuation of his consultation and awareness tour of Oyo Central Senatorial District.
KK Raji was received overwhelmingly by the teeming supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Surulere Local Government Area.
The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Surulere Local Government, Hon. Bode Akanni, said KK Raji is well known for bringing succour to the people. He said his sterling qualities for good performance and being true friend of the masses is noticeable. Hon. Akanni said Engr Raji is endowed with native intelligence.
Hon. Akanni called on KK Raji brief party loyalists about his intention after extolling his virtue.
While addressing the party loyalists, KK Raji said he visited the two LGAs from Ogbomoso that makes up Oyo Central as part of his consultation and familiarisation tour. He said the essence of the his visit is to further unite party faithfuls. He used the opportunity to explain how he judiciously used his position as the Head of Radio Planning in MTN to bring development to the zone, apart from erecting MTN masts.
KK Raji has assisted some of the indigenes of the senatorial district and Oyo state at large in securing reputable jobs with telecommunication giant, MTN.
Other party leaders present were Rachel Oladapo, Women leader , Hon. Remi Olaniyan, Party Secretary, Hon Elijah, Youth leader, local and ward Executive members and party leaders were in attendance.
At Ogo Oluwa Local Government, KK Raji intensified efforts in reaching out to the party loyalists and was received by the Chairman of the party, Hon. Olagunju Joel Akanmu Ikeolu, the Vice Chairman, Hon. Adetunji Sunday, the Youth leader, Mr Yahyah Babatunde Ahmed and the women leader, Mrs Akinloye Rachel, local and ward Executive members, party leaders and other party stalwarts.
Engineer Kazeem Kolawole Raji urged the party members to unite for victory in 2023 , he charged members to embrace peace among themselves for the benefits of all.
“When party emerges in 2023, the dividends would spread across the board”, he added.
KK Raji extends his hand of fellowship to the Local and Ward Executive Members, Party leaders, Stakeholders and party members across the two local government areas.
Earlier last week, during his visit to APC stakeholders and leaders in Atiba Local Government, in continuation of our consultation, a sum of N1,000,000 was handsomely donated towards the mobilisation of the electorates for INEC Continuous Voters Registration in the local government.
