It may appear too early but politicians are always conscious of future action and plan ahead. Against this background, Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde has hinted about what will guide his support for any gubernatorial aspirant come 2027 under PDP.
Governor Makinde was emphatically said he would not support any candidate above the age of 52 years in his party.

He made the statement at the Debo Ogundoyin Students Legislative Summit holding at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan.
He added that many people thought it was not possible for him when he emerged as governor of Oyo State at 51.

Governor Makinde charged the youths to be resolute while pursuing their dreams, he reminded them how he pursued his dream of becoming a governor in Oyo State.
