A non-profit organization, Mondeestars Foundation has announced requirements for the next phase of its food bank project where free staple foods, beverages and other food condiments are giving to needy in the society.
According to the spokesperson of the foundation, the initiative kicks off Thursday, 13th June, 2024 where pregnant women above 5 months are expected to visit the office of the foundation located in Ireakari Estate, Oluyole Extension, Ibadan.
Pregnant women are expected to go with their antenatal document and National Identification Number (NIN) slip for ascertain the genuinty of the beneficiaries.

Mothers above 27 years old are also capture to benefit from the food bank programme, the foundation advised mothers while coming to come alone and not bringing their children to avoid unnecessary crowd at the foundation’s office but we’re advised to come along with their NIN Slip as well.

According to the founder of the foundation, Mrs Modinat Adesina, all beneficiaries will go home with bourvita, milk, rice, beans, garri, spaghetti among others.

On what informed her decision, she said she has the passion to give back to society especially those that are struggling during this economc crisis that is hitting young and old in the country.
