The 2019 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial aspirant, Senator Ayo Adeseun Hamzat has alleged that Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State paid a sum of 250million naira bride to National Working Committee (NWC) of the party to secure gubernatorial ticket for Oyo State.
Senator Adeseun who represented Oyo Central Senatorial District said that had offered the NWC 50million naira but opted for bigger amount.
Senator Adeseun made the revelation while speaking on weekly radio programme on Fresh105.9fm in Ibadan.
Senator Adeseun described Oyo State governor, Engr Seyi Makinde as an ungrateful person. He also confirmed that Governor Makinde had discussion with leadership of All Progressives Congress APC on how to ensure smooth defection to the ruling party.
Governor Makinde did not fulfilled agreement he had with me after his inauguration at Liberty stadium on 29th May, 2019.
Senator Adeseun while reacting on how Governor Seyi Makinde treated Alhaja Mulika Adeola and Alhaji AbdulRosheed Olopoeyan said the reap the benefit of betraying him.
