Members of the Senior Staff Academic Staff Union and Non-Academic Staff Union of the Ladoke Akintola University will on Monday, February 1, 2021 hold a peaceful protest to demand the payment of its 8 months salary arears.
The protest, which was announced in a statement made available to FRESHPAGE.COM.NG, will take place after a congress of the institution’s Joint Action Committee
The agenda of the protest includes:
1. Payment of 8 months salaries arrears
2. Payment of 13 months cooperative societies deductions
3. Payment of balance of 68hours Earned allowances
4. Payment of Promotion arrears from 2012/2013
5. Immediate Constitution of LAUTECH Governing council
6. Immediate implementation of promotions
7. Implementation and payment of Minimum wage and arrears
