After the break due to the Covid-19 pandemic ravaging the entire universe, the world of football found a solution to finishing different tournaments. Since this return, some teams have gone bad while some others good. Manchester United is one of those that seem to have resuscitated and filled their potholes.

Yesterday, 9th July, 2020 Manchester United demolished Aston Villa (0 – 3), at Villa Park, to set yet another record in the Premier League. They are the first team to have scored up to three goals in four consecutive matches in the league. Bruno Fernandez, Mason Greenwood and Paul Labile Pogba all found the net.

3-0 vs Sheffield United
3-0 vs Brighton
5-2 vs Bournemouth
3-0 vs Aston Villa
What a staggering goal record, 14 goals in four matches. It’s a good come back for the lads.

Manchester United’s turnaround came since January when they secured the services of Bruno Fernandez from Sporting Lisbon. His introduction has given Paul Pogba leverage to enjoy his game at the peak since his return from ankle injury.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is very happy with his lads for the improvements seen so far after the Coronavirus lockdown break. Aside the fact that the manager is glad, the team has gathered much confidence so far. They have played and recorded seventeen(17) matches unbeaten, surpassing the sixteen recorded by José Mourinho in his first year as a Manchester United manager.
