Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde, has withdrawn the appointment of Special Assistants, Supervisory Councillors, Secretaries and others in all the the 33 Local Government Areas (LGAs) and 35 Local Council Development Areas(LCDAs) in the state.
impeccable sources told OyoInsight that the governor took the decision due to irregularities that marred the lists.
FreshPage gathered that the leaders of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in the state put several calls to the Governor Seyi Makinde to lodge complaint about addition and subtraction of names and positions.
FreshPage learnt that the governor also directed that those that have been inaugurated in their LGAs and LCDAs too to be retracted.
