Barley one year after Engr Seyi Makinde was sworn-in as the governor of the state for second, the governor on Tuesday, June 25th, 2024 approved the cabinet reshuffle involving three ministries.
Hon. Ademola Ojo, former Commissioner for Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives has been moved to Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters under OmiTunTun 2.0.

The former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Segun Olayiwola is now in-charge of Ministry of Establishment and Training while the Hon. Adeniyi Adebisi will move to the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives.

According to the governor, the reshuffling is with immediate effect.
