Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde has assured the good people of Ibarapa land that he will flag off his second term gubernatorial campaign at the town come.
Governor Makinde also promised to integrate Ibarapaland into economic development of Oyo State. He made the promise at this year’s World Twins Festival held in Igboora.
The elated Governor assured the teeming supporters and good people of Ibarapaland who trooped out to celebrate together that before he returns to the zone for the campaign, contractors would have commenced work on Ibadan-Ibarapa road as well as Igboora – Igangan road.
The 2022 World Twins Festival was put together by Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun led Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism.
Governor Makinde who was happy with the turn out said his administration will expand its pillars of governance to accommodate tourism in order to explore the potential in the sector.
