A leader of proscribed NURTW and a follower of Senator Teslim Folarin, Ahaji Amidu popularly called Wéré has spoken about recent attack that happened at Aliiwo,Agodi Gate, Ibadan where members of PMS launched attack on Isota boys.
FRESHPAGE reports that two people died during the face off between PMS boys and Boys loyal to Amidu Wéré. Some sustained injuries while vehicles were vandalised.
While speaking with Temitayo Oyeladun, anchor of ‘Bosenlo‘ a socio-political programme on Lagelu Fm, Alhaji Amidu narrated that he has good relationship with Auxiliary in the time past stressing that they grew up together in the same area.
According to Alhaji Amidu; ”Auxiliary threatened to kill me and host of others when I called him to make peace. Since he knew I was a strong follower and supporter of Senator Teslim Folarin, he renewed his hatred for me and my business. The attack on my base in Aliiwo was targeted at me. It was God that saved that I was not around.
“It is high time the chief security officer of the state and Commissioner of Police call him to order. We cannot afford to continue like”. Amidu added.
