The Oyo State Government has achieved a significant breakthrough in its ongoing gas pipeline infrastructure project as welding on the first set of pipes commenced on Wednesday, November 27.

The Honourable Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Barr. Nurudeen Ashamu Temilolu Seun, shared this development, emphasizing its role in advancing energy security and economic transformation in the state.

“This marks a major milestone on the gas project and a key component of our vision for energy security in Oyo State,” he remarked.
