A former Senator of Oyo South Senatorial District, Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi through Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi Foundation (RAAF) has felicitated with entire Muslim ummah on the occasion of this year’s birth of holy prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).
The Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynasty Airline Managing Ltd wished everyone happy Eid-El Maolud and pray that the season usher in more blessings for everyone.
His full message reads;
” This year’s Maulud has come at a very appropriate time for us all to show love to one another and imbibe the virtues of perseverance and restraint as well as use it in praying for the peace we all clamour for. This is the best time to intensify prayers for our country!
” This season should inspire us to renew our belief in the Almighty Allah and our beloved Nation even as we strive to live by the teachings of the Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W) among which is to show respect for one another, irrespective of social strata.
“Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W) was a model of rectitude who preached and lived for peace and was revered for his honesty and perseverance. It is therefore important for us as a Nation and particularly as Muslims to always emulate and promote his virtues which include fairness, justice, honesty, love for others and peaceful co-existence”.
