The Kishi Youth Forum expressed sadness that the local government secretariat’s electricity has been disconnected since 2005 making it impossible for staff to perform certain task and NIMC office to ensure easy free registration of residents.

The Forum said the intention to buy the generator was to put a stop money being paid to get the registration done which ordinarily should be free of charge if adequate facilities were on ground.

The Kishi Youth Forum was led by its Chairman and other members to deliver the newly bought (FIRMAN — Eco3999OES) to the NIMC office.

Registration can be done without much ado as it remains fuel to power the generator.
