Oyo State government led by Engr Seyi Makinde has shut down Sasa market indefinitely and imposed curfew to forestall further breakdown of law and order as part of the measure to end the mayhem rocking the market.

The Chief Press Secretary to Oyo state governor, Mr. Taiwo Adisa conveyed the government’s decision to hurt the further loss of lives and properties to Mr. Mayor Isaac Brown while on live programme at Fresh105.9fm obtained by FRESHPAGE.

Mr. Taiwo Adisa said that the government has imposed a 13-hour curfew that will run from 6pm to 7am daily in Sasa and its environs.

It would be recalled that crisis that broke out between traders in the market which comprises of Yoruba and Hausas.
