A former staff of Agidigbo 88.7FM, Mr. Adedotun Amosun, popularly called Mr. Soul, has written his former employer, to drop the programme he brought to the station, Confession Time, and its Signature Tune.
Amosun made this known in a resignation letter sent to the station dated November 8, 2024.
Optimal Times gathered that Amosun travelled to Europe with the agreement that he would be broadcasting from there. He was surprised to hear the voice of another person on the programme.
This prompted him to turn in his resignation letter.
After resigning, Mr. Soul is asking Agidigbo FM management to drop his intellectual property -Confession Time and its signature tune.

The letter reads: “Kindly accept
this letter as my formal resignation as a staff member of Agidigbo 88.7 FM. I am sorry I have to resign from Agidigbo 88.7 FM due to personal reasons.
“Technically speaking, it was a difficult decision to make, however I could not help it at this period.
“Also I want to make it known that I will appreciate the name of my
programme “Confession Time” as well as my signature tune stopped on Agidigbo FM as that is my invention and I would like to keep it as such, no hard feelings”.
All efforts to get in touch with the management of Agidigbo 88.7 FM by Optimal Times proved abortive as this paper tried to call some management staff but their numbers were not reachable.
