The Governorship Candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP) in Oyo State, Kunle Olatunji (KTJ), has extended his heartfelt congratulations to renowned industrialist, philanthropist and Okanlomo Oodua, Engr. Jubril Dotun Sanusi, on his elevation to the prestigious traditional title of Gbonka Olubadan of Ibadanland.
In his congratulatory message, Olatunji described the elevation as a well-deserved recognition of Engr. Sanusi’s immense contributions to the growth and development of Ibadanland, Oyo State and humanity at large.
“I received with great joy the news of your elevation to the esteemed traditional title of Gbonka Olubadan as you continue your steady ascent on the revered Olubadan chieftaincy ladder toward the exalted throne of the Olubadan of Ibadanland.
“I join your family, friends, associates and the entire people of Ibadanland in celebrating this remarkable milestone. Your commitment to community development, philanthropy and the promotion of our cherished cultural heritage has continued to distinguish you as an exemplary son of Ibadan.”
Olatunji prayed that Almighty God would grant the new Gbonka Olubadan good health, greater wisdom, strength and divine grace to excel in his new responsibilities and in the higher traditional offices that lie ahead.
He concluded with a heartfelt prayer: “Lagbara Ọlọrun, Oba Baba l’Oke, l’orúkọ Jesu, ẹ máa gb’oyè délé. Àmín.”
