As part of the efforts to realize his gubernatorial ambition for Oyo State come 2023 general elections, Accord Party standard bearer in the state, Chief Adebayo AbdulWaheed Adelabu on Wednesday took his campaign to Ibarapa region of the state.
The former Deputy Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria visited foremost leader of Progressives in Ibarapa East, Pa S.A Adeegbe.
Pa Adeegbe declared his support for gubernatorial ambition of Chief Adelabu of the Accord Party. Pa Adeegbe offered prayers to Adelabu and wished him all the best in his gubernatorial ambition come 2023.
Adelabu also took his time to visit Asoju Oba, Chief Jacob Olatunji, Odofin of Eruwaland, traditional rulers and elders in Ibarapa East.
Among Adelabu’s entourage to Ibarapa East were Director-General of his Campaign, Chief Adegoke Adegboyega, Aare Onibon Balogun of Ibadanland, a chieftain of the Accord Party and former Oyo Central Senator, Ayoade Adeseun among others.

Adelabu visitation to Ibarapa East came barely 24 hours after he received award from the Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
