The African Democratic Congress (ADC) Electoral Committee for Oyo State has officially announced the successful conclusion of its House of Assembly, House of Representatives, and Senatorial District primary elections.
The exercise was conducted at the ADC State Secretariat, No. 3, Simeon Adebo Avenue, Iyaganku GRA, Opposite NUJ Secretariat, Ibadan, Oyo State. The announcement was made by the Chairman of the Electoral Committee, Alhaji Razaq Salinsile, and was witnessed by the Oyo State ADC Chairman-elect, Rt. Hon. Afees Jimoh.
The Electoral Committee responsible for the conduct and supervision of the primary elections comprised the following members: Alhaji Razaq Salinsile (Chairman), Hon. Kunle Ige (Secretary), Alhaja Kafilat Omolabake (Member), Mr. Remi Abidogun (Member), Mr. Adekola Adeoye (Member), Barrister Taiwo Paul Oladipupo (Member), Mr Rotimi Johnson (Member), Mr Raji Musediq Member, Abayomi Bayode (Member), Fatai Issa Akanmu (Member), and Mr. Ojekunle Alabi (Member). The committee was mandated by the national leadership of the party to ensure a transparent, credible, and democratic primary process across Oyo State.

Following the successful conduct of the primaries, candidates emerged for the 32 House of Assembly constituencies, 14 House of Representatives federal constituencies, and the 3 Senatorial Districts in Oyo State. The exercise was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the party and reflected the commitment of the ADC to internal democracy, fairness, and inclusiveness. Delegates and party stakeholders across the state participated actively in the process, leading to the emergence of candidates who will represent the party in the forthcoming general elections.
