The All Progressives Congress, APC Gubernatorial and State House of Assembly Electoral Committee for Ogun state, led by Chief Wale Ohu has declared Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, aka YAYI as the winner of the primary election for Ogun state.

Senator Adeola polled a total number of 304,055 votes.

Chief Wale Ohu declared the results which affirmed the candidacy of Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI)at the APC State Secretariat, Abeokuta.

After the declaration of the results, the Governor of Ogun state, Prince Dapo Abiodun thanked the Electoral Committee for a job well done.

He was full of praises for the Chairman of the Electoral Committee, Chief Wale Ohu whose political experience, maturity and dexterity contributed to the flawless exercise witnessed in Ogun state.

He said that Chief Wale Ohu has never disappointed, anytime, anywhere and on whatever Party assignment given to him by the Leadership of the APC.

The candidate of the party, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola YAYI also spoke glowingly of Chief Wale Ohu.

He described his wealth of experience and political maturity as highly valuable to the system.
