“You visited every nooks and cranny of Oke – Ogun and other parts of our dear state soliciting for support.

“You were a thorough- bred progressive and Democrat.

set-goal with uncommon courage, tenacity of purpose, diligence and excellence.

“You will be fondly remembered for the indelible marks and the enduring legacies you left behind as you bestrode the corporate and political landscapes of Nigeria like a collosus.

“Your unparalleled achievement as the Governor of our dear state in massive infrastructure development, efficient security architecture that brought crime to near zero and investment in education among others earned you the Sobriquet- father of modern Oyo – State.
