The Vice Chairman, South West Agenda (SWAGA) ’23 for the actualization of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s candidacy come 2023, Senator Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi has commiserated with the royal family of Soun of Ogbomoso over the transition of Oba Jimoh Oyewumi Ajagungbade III.
The Vice Chairman, SWAGA ’23, Senator Akanbi in a condolence message made available to FreshPage described late monarch as a father for all, a successful businessmen and philanthropist of high repute.
“Soun Ogbomoso, Oba Jimoh Oyewumi Ajagungbade III used the stool of his forefathers to foster peace and attract development to Ogbomoso land.
“Within 48 years of his reign on throne, Ogbomoso land witnessed peace, unity and progress. I sympathized with Council of Traditional Monarchs in Oyo State and good people of Ogbomoso who has just one of its brilliant monarch.
“Until he had last breath, he remains a promoter of rich Yoruba cultural heritage and Omoluabi ethos”.
