Barely days to the commencement of 2023 West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination ( WASSCE), Oyo State Government has sanctioned six secondary school teachers under the Post Primary School Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) for aiding examination malpractices in their respective schools.
FRESHPAGE gathered TESCOM directed the Tutor-General, Saki Zone where the examination malpractices to investigate the matter, the commission resolved to demote all indicted teachers in the Panel of Inquiry who were found guilty and aiding examination malpractices despite government commitment to education sector in the state.

Two teachers were demoted from Owo Community Grammar School, Owo for the involvement in examination malpractices for 2022 WAEC, they were; Ogunkunle Musibau from Grade Level 14 to 13 and Popoola Akeem Abiola from Grade Level 8 to 7.

The other four affected teachers by the sanction of the government were from Progressive Secondary School, Tede. They are; Mustapha Bolanle Nureni from Grade Level 15 to 14, Ammed Adamu Ademola from GL 10 to 9, Titilola Ajeleye John from GL 10 to 9 and Adegbola Abraham Titilope from GL 8 to 7.
