The Senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District, Kola Mohammed Balogun on Saturday booed and disgraced at the venue of Oyo South Senatorial Primaries held in Bodija.
In a viral video obtained by FRESHPAGE, security agents at the venue of the primaries appealed to Senator Balogun to calm down.
FRESHPAGE understands that Senator Balogun is nursing second term ambition under the All Progressives Congress (APC) after he lost his return ticket in PDP to Chief Joseph Tegbe.
Two aspirants; Barrister Sharafadeen Alli and Dr. Olusola Ayandele have reportedly opted out of the race for crisis related to delegate lists which they claimed to have been falsified.
Following the inability of the stakeholders to agree on the delegate lists to use for the primaries, the elections have been postponed.
