A concerned citizen in Oyo State and Postgraduate student of the University of Ibadan, Adekitan Isaac Adeyemi has taken his time to commend Engr Seyi Makinde’s leadership style and congratulate Chief Adebayo Adelabu over his appointment as Minister of Power of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Adekitan urged Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde to leverage on the appointment of Chief Adebayo Adelabu to Minister of generate its own electricity to and drive the the growth of State.
Dear Seyi Makinde,
I hope this message finds you in great spirits. I want to take a moment to extend my warmest congratulations to you and to Oyo State on the recent developments regarding the generation of electricity. With the Federal government’s approval for states to generate their own electricity and the significant responsibility bestowed upon Chief Bayo Adelabu as the Minister of Power, exciting opportunities lie ahead for Oyo State.
It’s truly inspiring to witness the alignment of these events, particularly with Chief Adebayo Adelabu’s appointment, being an indigene of Oyo State. This appointment signifies not only the trust and confidence placed in him by the Federal government but also the potential for Oyo State to become a trailblazer in energy generation.
