It is with great pleasure that I extend my warmest congratulations to a worthy alumnus of the University of Ibadan, Deacon Ademola Alabi, a Justice of the Peace of Oyo State, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
As you mark another year of life, I acknowledge your unshakeable commitment to the service of humanity. Your remarkable journey as a community and religious leader, students’ union leader and socio-cultural group leader has left an indelible mark on the lives of many.
Your leadership roles have been diverse and impactful:
– As the Chairman of the Zone B3 Residents’ Association, Irewolede Community Development Association, Eyin Grammar, Molete, Ibadan, you have demonstrated a passion for community development and empowerment;
– As the President of the Redeemer’s Men Fellowship of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Oyo Province 1, Ibadan, you have exemplified servant leadership and spiritual guidance;
– Your tenure as the National President of the Federation of Ibadan Students’ Union (FIBSU) showcased your ability to inspire and mobilise young minds;
– As the Publicity Secretary of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) and a member of the Ibadan Week Planning Committee since 2004, you have contributed significantly to the promotion of Ibadanland’s rich cultural heritage;
– As the incumbent Chairman of the 2026 Ibadan Conference of the Annual Ibadan Cultural Festival (ICF), you are steering the ship towards greater heights; and
– As the immediate Past Secretary of The Progressive Forum, Ibadan (TPFI), your leadership continues to inspire and motivate others.
As a stalwart of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII), I am proud to acknowledge your unshakeable commitment to the esteemed body, which has transformed you into the institutional memory of CCII. Having served in many capacities, you have accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge, making you a dependable source of information on CCII’s activities.

I commend your intelligence, dedication and passion for the development of Ibadanland. Your tireless efforts have contributed significantly to the growth and progress of our community, and your record of CCII’s activities is proof of your commitment to excellence.
As you continue to share your expertise and insights, I celebrate your selfless service and recognise your invaluable contributions to The Progressive Forum, Ibadan (TPFI), CCII and Ibadanland. May your example inspire others to emulate your dedication and passion for community development. You are a true asset to CCII and Ibadanland!
Throughout your journey, you have proven yourself to be a versatile, focused and successful manager of men and resources. Your dedication, integrity and passion for service are an inspiration to many with progressivism as your baseline.
You are a remarkable individual known for your exceptional virtues, including your commitment to serving humanity, selflessness and compassion; your possession of sound judgment; dynamism in your approach to community development; and empowering others to grow and succeed; and through your leadership and example, you inspire others, uphold strong moral principles, and make a positive impact in your community without seeking personal gain.
On this special day, I celebrate your life, achievements and contributions to your immediate community, Ibadanland, and beyond. I pray that God continues to bless you with good health, wisdom and strength to continue serving humanity.
