The crisis rocking Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC seems to be less abated as stakeholders across party’s bloc resolved to parallel congress to elect party chairmen and other excos in some of the Local Government Areas in the State.
At the local government congress held yesterday, FRESHPAGE.COM.NG gathered there were clash of interest among stakeholders in some local government in Ibadanland. This can be attributed to the non declaration of winners of the ward congress of the party held on 31 July, 2021.
FRESHPAGE gathered that where stakeholders have agreed on a consensus candidate; clash of interest set in and congresses were inconclusive. The local government congress of the Oyo APC was characterized with factions from within the party.

The Oyo APC congress committee has a lot of work to do before accepting outcome of the congresses marred with clash of interest and inconclusive.
Lagelu, Ibadan North, Ido and local government areas witnessed clash of interest and inconclusive congresses.
