Senator Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi, the immediate past senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District has felicitated with Mr. Ademola Babalola, the Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State chapter on the occasion of his birthday.
Okanlomo of Ibadanland, Sen. Akanbi sent his good wishes to number one Oyo NUJ in a statement he personally signed and made available to FreshPage.
Senator Akanbi who was installed as the Patron of the association in 2011 acknowledged the good job done by past and present leaders of the Oyo NUJ in defence of truth.
According to Okanlomo of Ibadanland; “I am happy to celebrate with my brother on his special day as the number one journalist in Oyo State and as a proud Alumnus of Lagelu Grammar School, Ibadan. On this day, I pray may Almighty Allah grant him many of today is sound health, wealth and wisdom to direct the affairs to Oyo NUJ to greater height”.
