As part of the efforts to improve convenience of worshippers at Igboora Central, Mosque, Senator Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi has completed construction of ablution centre and solar borehole project in the mosque premises.
The completion of ablution centre and solar borehole projects were in fulfillment of the Senator Akanbi’s promise to the biggest mosque in Ibarapa land.
The Central Mosque can now boast of having 68 running taps for uninterrupted use by Muslim worshippers at the ablution centre.

The Chief Imam of Igboora Central Mosque, who doubles as Chairman, league of Imam of Ibarapa, Alhaji Yisau Jamiu Alobalowo III described Senator Akanbi as man of integrity who keeps promise.
Alhaji Yisau stressed that the water project is not only serving the mosque but the community as a whole.
He commended Senator Akanbi and prayed for his dreams to come through. He urged well meaning Nigerians to always deem it fit to give back to house of Allaah.
