An Architect and Social Change Advocate, Idris Animasaun has bagged Founders Award, Special Recognition category at this year’s edition of Primus Media Award 2024 for his unquantifiable contribution towards having just and egalitarian society, environmental friendly and modern society without losing its historic values.
Animasaun with his relentless call on government and its agencies in Oyo State to initiate and implement policies that will drive the genuine growth of the state across all sectors sector of the economy received a standing ovation at the venue of the award ceremony.
The atmosphere acknowledged the role he is playing towards making government accountable and responsible to the plight of the masses.

The elated awardee at the event dedicated the award to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo, for his tolerance, upholding rule of law, who responds to call out and act on it for the progress of the State.
Animasaun appreciated his wife who receives threat calls, bullying and all sort of insults on his behalf. The awardee acknowledged the role of his colleagues for their guidance and sincere support.
