I have seen Michael Ogunsina’s vague attacks against Senator Sarafadeen Abiodun Alli of Oyo South Senatorial District on Facebook.
If you don’t know, Michael Ogunsina, he is the Public Relations Officer, PRO of Oyo state Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
If I’m not mistaken, the gentleman is from a town in Oke-Ogun under Oyo North Senatorial District.
Going through his verbal diorhea against Senator Alli, I see once again that the young man is still suffering from youthful exuberance.
These are very tough times for the PDP, especially in Oyo state.
Michael Ogunsina must be in dire need of a topic to bring down the serious tension that is building within the PDP.
When I saw his post against Senator Alli, I asked myself if Michael realizes that Senator Alli’s main opposition in 2023, Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe is now in the APC.

Tegbe contested the Oyo South Senatorial District election against Sarafa Ali under Ogunsina’s PDP in 2023.
I would perhaps have ignored his frustrations because he is entitled to them but when I saw him talked about some ‘ dull Solar lights ‘ allegedly erected by Senator Alli, I wonder if the young man ever thinks.
Who is talking about ‘ dull street lights ‘ here ?
Now that he has decided to act like the child of the limping woman who went to the market and from all the wares at the market, he chose to buy a pair of slippers for his mother, he deserves to be scorned. ( Omo atiro to ra bata fun Iya e, oro lo fee gbo).

Where was Michael Ogunsina since we have been complaining about the billions of Naira that Governor Makinde wasted on the Light Up Oyo project?
That project has consumed over 42 billion Naira of Oyo state taxpayers money and just recently, billions of Naira were said to have yet been approved for the same project by the Oyo state Government.
That is not all. Governor Makinde publicly admitted that the contractor that his Government contracted the project to actually failed to deliver to specifications.
He promised to investigate this serious matter but up till today, Governor Makinde has refused to inform the public about why the contract for the Light Up Oyo failed in less than two years it was delivered.
What we saw was the approval of more funds for a failed contract.
Now that the Oyo state PDP are in the mood to discuss ‘ dull street lights ‘, will Michael Ogunsina kindly furnish the public with the following information?
One, how much exactly has Governor Makinde spent on the failed Light Up Oyo project?
Who is the contractor that purportedly failed to deliver to specifications after collecting over 40 billion Naira in the first instance?
What is the outcome of Governor Makinde’s investigations into the circumstances that led to the failure of the contract ab initio?
How much is now being voted for the project all over again and what will be the total overall cost?
Is Michael Ogunsina comfortable with the Light Up Oyo project?
The primary duties of the PRO of Oyo PDP should be about how to manage the image of his political party but Michael will not know his place.
The PDP is facing existential threats as we speak and I expect Michael Ogunsina to dissipate energy on the unfortunate events around the PDP.
I am from Oyo South Senatorial District and I know Senator Alli has performed creditably well.
I can see that his Media aides have been rolling out his achievements since Michael made that post.
Like I said, Michael Ogunsina is from Oke-Ogun if I’m not mistaken.
Why would he pick on Senator Alli from Oyo South Senatorial District?
Could it be as a result of the hangover of the defeat suffered by the pro-PDP Group at a just concluded election to determine the leadership of a particular Union in the state?
The winner of that election is an aide to Senator Alli.
That must have hurt a lot.
Like I always do, I will advise Michael Ogunsina to concentrate on the very difficult job of managing the image of the PDP.
Presently, only Oyo state is been controlled by the PDP in the whole of the Southern part of this country.
That is a dilemma on its own regardless of the bold faces Governor Makinde and the PDP have been maintaining.
While waiting perpetually for hunger to defect to the APC, I think Michael Ogunsina should be ruminating on how he will eventually perform his duties as the PRO of the ‘ Hunger Party ‘ when it is eventually registered by Governor Seyi Makinde.
