The Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Dr Yunus Akintunde, has described Dr Zacheus Adedeji Adelabu, the Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Services, FIRS, as a unique personality, an exceptional discovery and a shining light for our Nation in leadership.
In a release made available to the media through Kunle Olatunji the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Senator Yunus Akintunde, he expressed his joy while joining others in celebrating Adedeji on his 47th birthday this year.

A thoroughbred professional Accountant , Adedeji holds a Doctorate Degree in Public Finance and Administration from the Obafemi Awolowo University where he had earlier completed his Bachelor and Masters Degree in Accounting with a first class during his first degree.
Dr Zacheus Adedeji served as commissioner of Finance during the first tenure of Late Governor Abiola Ajimobi in Oyo State in 2015, he has been consulting for several organisation in the private and public sectors and was later appointed by the previous administration of President Mohammadu Buhari as Chairman of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital. Later he was appointed as Executive secretary of the National Sugar Development Council from where he was appointed by President Bola Tinubu as one of the Special Advisers in the early days of this administration.
Presently he heads the Federal Inland Revenue Services as the Executive Chairman, the organization responsible for revenue generation and tax administration at the central government in Nigeria currently going through various reforms under his watch.
